RENTAL POLICIES


  • Please check individual cabin page for current rates.
  • Rates are based on two guests per night. Additional guests are $15 each per night
  • Children under 3 are free.
  • All cabins require at least 2 nights
  • All cabins require at least 3 nights for holiday reservations...all three nights are charged at the weekend rate.
    * A three night minimum is required for the following Holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Weekend stays require both Friday and Saturday nights. If you choose a Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday stay both nights will be charged at the weekend rate.
  • Some cabins may be reserved for 1 night stays
  • 1 night stays are charged at the weekend rate
  • Please call to inquire about 1 night stays
  • You must be at least 21 to book a cabin. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Full payment is required at time of reservation.
  • 13%  lodging /sales tax will be added to rates.
  • We accept Visa, Master Card. And Discover

 

PET FEES + HORSE RENTALS


  • Pets are allowed only at cabins specified as PET FRIENDLY. Pets must be approved by our office before arrival. Pet fee is $30 per visit for 1 pet, $50 for 2 pets, and $75 for 3 pets. Please pick up pet waste from the yards. There will be a $300 charge plus damages if pets are brought into non-pet friendly cabins.

 

RENTAL CANCELLATIONS


  • More than two weeks before arrival: Refund less $50 processing fee.
  • Less than 2 weeks but more than 3 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days: No refund.
  • There is no refund for early departure.
  • No refund for inclement weather.
  • $30 fee for changes resulting in a refund.

 

CHECK IN + CHECK OUT


  • You may arrive at your cabin any time after 4:00pm.
  • You will be provided with key access information and specific directions.
  • Check Out is 11:00am.
    Please Wash the dishes and place trash in the correct receptacles. Please secure the cabin before departure. Extra keys may be placed on the kitchen table. There is a $25 per hour or partial hour, charge for late check outs not approved by our office.

OCCUPANCY + HOUSEKEEPING


  • Paid guests only. We DO NOT allow unpaid day or overnight guests.
  • Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests accommodated by each cabin and the number of guests included in your reservation. You will be charged for additional guests and may be asked to leave without refund if the number exceeds the occupancy of the cabin.
  • Guests are expected to respect the property lines. Please do not allow children or pets to wonder away from the area adjacent to the cabin. Please respect the privacy of all our guests.  Do not approach other cabins on or adjacent to the cabin property.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. You are welcome to smoke outside. Ashtrays or ash buckets are provided.  There is a $500 charge plus damages for smoking in the buildings.
  • We treat our cabins for pests but remember the cabins are in the woods and you may encounter insects, spiders, mice or other woodland creatures. No refunds will be made because of theses encounters.

 

AMENITIES


  • We provide 2 towels per guest for up to 3 nights. 3 towels per per guest for 4 or more nights. If you require more  towels please bring them with you. You may also pick up extra towels at our office.
  • We provide linens for all beds, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath,1 trash bag per day, and dish detergent.  If you will  need more of any of these items please bring them.
  • Please notify our office of any damages, shortages, maintenance, or housekeeping issues immediately upon arrival.
  • On rare occasions appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. can malfunction. 4 Arrows Lodging cannot refund any monies due to inconveniences but we will do our best to service these amenities as soon as possible.
  • Hot tubs, satellite TV, WIFI , game tables, and gas grills are considered free amenities provided at no charge to our guests. No refunds can be made for failure of these items.
  • In the event of a loss outside of our control such as time without electricity, water, satellite TV, etc. 4 Arrows Lodging cannot make refunds. However, we will respond as soon as possible to restore these amenities. If a power outage or water outage is determined to be extensive we will do our best to relocate guests to another available cabin.
  • We will do our very best to have your cabin ready for you by 4:00pm. Due to cleaning and servicing, your hot tub may not be at full temperature when you arrive and may need several hours to heat.
  • We will respond as soon as possible to clear snow and ice from driveways on the day of your arrival. However, four- wheel- drive is recommended in winter.
  • We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities and property restrictions. No refunds will be made if you are asked to vacate the premises due to disruptive conduct or failure to follow our guest policies.

 

Guests agree to hold 4 Arrows Lodging harmless for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ personal property during the guest’s stay.

 

Policies and rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation. The owners and management of 4 Arrows Lodging assume no responsibility for damages or loss of items belonging to our guests.

 

Guests agree they have read, understand , and agree to our policies by placing an online reservation or accepting a phone in reservation.
